Actively learning and growing

Greetings all! I’ve been studying mostly on BiggerPockets, BP books, BP audiobooks, and other areas of study involving RE, strategies, and mindset. I also actively practice on analyzing dozens of deals in Florida and San Diego, and have been for about two months. My wife and I currently live in San Diego, although I am currently deployed overseas. I don’t get much time, but the down time I am allotted, I take full advantage of regardless of how tired I may be. Therefore, these necessary preparation actions that I have taken are starting to pay off in my confidence and knowledge base. I am ready to start gaining real experience and am currently analyzing deals in the Port Saint Lucie and Orlando area.
