Greetings fellow BP Members. I'm JP Murphy from Alaska, but investing in southern Indiana. I'm in the middle of purchasing my 2nd investment, and already looking for a trustworthy lender in southern Indiana that can do a refi on a SFR rental investment. It is all very scary to me still... I have so much more to learn and I absolutely enjoy reading the BP website. I hope all of you who are new, enjoy it as much as I do !
