Hard Money Lenders which 1 is the Best
I’m looking to get started flipping house and I don’t want to bring my own money to the table. I want to use a hard money loan sure it’s going to cost me more monthly but a good profit on my investment. Has anyone found a decent hard money loan company that has good rates and treats you right. I was thinking pine financial as mine but if you guys or gals know of anything better please let me know. Thank John from Milwaukee.
