new to BP - accidental landlord

Hey all,

Excited to get started on BP.  I've been a landlord for about 5 years and am trying to expand my rental portfolio.  Grew up in Atlanta, GA, lived in St. Louis, MO for a while, and now am out in Southern CA.

I'm looking to learn more about buy-and-hold long term rental properties, and also dabble in note investing.  I know there are lot of people on here with tons of experience, so looking learn, have fun, and make some money :-)
