Introduction from a newbie in SF bay area

Hello all,

I wanted to say hi to everyone in this platform. I am a newbie in sf bay area where RE market is up in the sky. I was/am always interested in REI, and finally having the chance to dive in and potentially take actions. I have been listening, reading and attending RE workshops and finally decided that BP is the best one to start the journey.

I am open to any advice or recommendation from pros. My goal is to build up rental portfolio for passive income, and equity in long term. Wish me luck folks. :) I am also looking into wholesaling to startup, and gain experience and capital.

I would love to meet REI from the area and have a coffee or lunch.

Any thoughts?

Best
