New to Real Estate - Excited to get involved

Crystal Harrison
Posted

Hello All!!  I am new to this venture, but I am so excited to get going.  I talked with a lender and got approved for a loan, however my question is how do people get going with the large down payment needed for a loan?  They said I cannot borrow the money, so I am lost in how to start!  Do I have to work years to get enough saved up or what have others done to get going?  A little discouraged but I continue to research as I am excited to get into this!

I appreciate any help you can offer!

Crystal
