Ready to flip in Seattle

Hi there. I'm a seasoned entrepreneur in Seattle looking to make a tradition into full time REI. I'm happy to have found this community and to be able to develop my education and connections here. I've been looking to get into RE for some time now and recently met a friend who has successfully flipped 20 homes in my neighborhood. Her last one was purchased for $875, got a $1M renovation and just sold for $2.8M. That was enough motivation for me to take the plunge and commit to getting in the RE game as soon as possible. I know I won't be starting with this size of a deal but I'm eager to work my way there with a couple smaller projects first. My plan is to fix and flip to build cash, team, connections and experience and my end goal is to eventually use the BRRRR strategy to build equity for the long term.

I'm excited to connect with people in the Seattle area. I've got extensive construction management experience and good connections to contractors and subs in the area but know I need guidance on how to find and evaluate good deals. Any suggestions on finding deals would be great. I'd like to work with a good wholesaler or agent so that I can focus on the projects but open to any input from those with experience. Thanks!
