Looking for Financing on buy and hold student housing

Scott Regan
Posted

Hello BP,

My name is Scott Regan and I am 22 years old from Long Island, NY.  I currently own one investment home in South Carolina with a focus on student housing for this particular area of investments.  I am excited to continue learning through BP and sharing whatever helpful insight I may be able to with others.

I am looking for advice on where to go in order to receive financing or find investors for my intended investments.  Like stated in the subject, these are primarily buy and hold investments (mostly residential and some multi-family) along with flip opportunities that occasionally arise.  I am eager to continue investing in this area but am just lacking sufficient funds to do so.  Any help or recommendations of where to go from here would be appreciated!

Thank you.
