Where can I go if I want to surround myself with smart people?

Hey, this is my first time doing this. I'm 15 and I'm getting interested in real estate. I'm trying to learn as much as I can right now, through listening to all of the BP Podcasts and reading lots of books. But I think surrounding myself with people that really know what they're doing would provided me with such a vast supply of knowledge, past listening to books and podcasts. My main problem is that I don't really have any idea of where to find/surround myself with these smart people. If any of you have ideas, they would be greatly appreciated, Thank you.

'Smart' people? Go to mensa! But that doesn't mean that they'll be able to tell you what to do.

Smart is only as good as the willingness and ability to act.

I know many highly intelligent people who think everything to death and never do anything, because they get stuck in analysis paralysis.

What you're looking for is others, who have experience in real estate investing. Those you'll find in your local real estate clubs. Someone above gave you some suggestions.

Don't categorize people into 'smart' and 'dumb' , but into 'doers' and 'talkers'
