Need advice on my first 3 family house hack.
I'm trying to hack a 3 family home in the Metrowest area outside of Boston. I've analyzed about 8-10 properties using the BP rental calculator. Since I need to live in one of the units, I would like the other 2 units to pay for it. Unless I put more than 25% down none of these properties come close to working. Cash on cash ROI are all negative. I may not be estimating the AFV correctly. I'm going by comps now. Looking for advice...
