Hello BP Community, 

I am Val. Excited to network with other BP members. 

I am an architect and for many years, I have worked with real estate developers to realize their projects successfully with great returns. Now, I want to develop my own projects and gain experience starting with small scale projects (single family), learning the ins and out from investment, financing through construction, and finally sell or hold. Would love to hear from you and and any references that helped you jumpstart your first investment or project. Thanks - Val
