I like long walks on the beach...

Actually I prefer being in the water when the waves are turned on.

For the real low down. I am brand spanking new. Got clued in and switched on to Wholesaling and creative RE maybe three weeks ago. I’m a film industry professional of 20+ years with creative producer experience. So this is way up my mountain! Building relationships and adding value are what I am most interested in. I am in learning mode as a life principle; a quick study and an action-taker. I pick up phones and move stuff where it needs to go!
