Newish Investor from SoCal with Airbnb and VRBO Experience

Hello BP fam! I'm a SAHM and have been a vacation rental landlady in SoCal since 2012, with experience using VRBO and AirBnb. My portfolio is tiny but my reviews have been near-perfect since I started 6 years ago and the income has been consistently increasing as my marketing skills improve. Over the years I've developed a knack for furnishing small spaces on a tight budget and my designs maximize functionality while creating a visual impact. Plus, it's just fun to do!

I'd love to take my investing career to the next level by purchasing a 4-plex or bigger multi and just turn them all into vacation rentals - something I could easily manage while taking care of my baby - but I don't have the capital necessary to get started. Would love to connect with any buy/hold investors looking to increase their profits by converting their properties into vacation rentals OR who might be willing to partner with me on a multi-unit building.

A couple of years ago I purchased a real estate investing education program through Renatus and still haven't completed it because it's just. so. boring. I didn't get the support I needed and ended up doing nothing with it. Hoping that getting more involved with the BP community will motivate me to continue investing.
