My name is Steven N. Day, Sr. working as a Real Estate entrepreneur out of Las Vegas, Nevada. This is my first visit to the biggerpockets forum and I would like to introduce myself.

I'm currently dealing in the area of Creative Financing... Specifically, I buy homes for cash and then resale them to people who can't afford a regular mortgage. I'm also interested in getting into the pre-foreclosure market and doing short sales.
