-20 y/o investor interested in real estate in Central Iowa. Long-time lurker on BP, seeking to be more involved in the real estate community here in Iowa. Want to learn the language of real estate and get in real-estate oriented environments like an REIA here in Central Iowa.

-Currently have 2 SFR rentals and seeking more, possibly Multi-family.

-Goal of owning 25 units by 2022

Welcome! Good luck! Polk County is a great place to invest... The Des Moines area is growing... Johnson County is good too.
