Hello Everybody!

My name is Mario R. I am joining BP to network with investors. I am interested in learning more about wholesale transactions, hard money lending and rehab projects. Right now I am in the process of getting my marketing situated to find deals. I would love to learn  the entire process from analyzing the deal to all the paperwork/contracts involved to assigning the home. 

A little bit about background. I was loan officer for a few years before the company I worked for shut down our Seattle branch. Most of my experience is in refinance. I currently work at Zillow as Sales Executive.I sale advertising to Real Estate agents. As you can imagine, some love us and some hate us. I have always stayed close to the real estate industry. I even had my license at one time! I have always dreamed of being a full time investor. Listening to the BP podcast and reading the books reminded me that this is possible.
