Newbie around Katy/Cypress TX

Hi everyone, I am a healthcare professional living in the Katy/Cypress Texas area. Currently spending a lot of time learning as much as possible (reading books/listening to podcasts). My ultimate goal is to buy and hold, however, I see wholesaling and flipping as a way to raise capital (assuming it’s done correctly).
