Hi, I am new to investing in RE. I own a cabin in northern Mn (Crosslake) that I have rented out and I got that on seller carry. I am looking to get in to buy and hold multi family for cash flow. I plan to keep rolling the cash flow in to new and bigger property’s. I would love any help and advice anyone has and if I can be of help ask. I have a little bit of capital, I work for California Pools and Landscape as a desinger/sales and I am a licensed real estate agent with HomeSmart. Feel free to Reach out any time
