New to Bigger Pockets

Hello Everyone,

Andrey here, I’m new to Bigger Pockets but have been listening to the podcasts on and off for two/three years. Finally committed to making the plunge, although I do already have one rental. Looking to invest in multi-family homes long distance from Aurora Colorado. Started the process of refinancing my current rental house and getting some money out of it, details are in another post under “Financing with Cash-out”. Mostly focusing on St. Louis but looking at other cities, any pointers would be appreciated. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce my self and say hi. Next step is creating/updating my profile.
