US Army Combat Veteran seeking to expand portfolio

Posted
Hello everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself and begin using the BiggerPockets forum/network to start attacking my goals. After I finished my time in the Army I purchased a Quadplex through a combination of owner financing and a significant (significant to me, probably pennies to most!) down payment. I fixed the Quadplex up and have been renting it for the past two years with a good cash flow. Now I am seeking financing in order to start aggressively expanding my portfolio; I work a full time job that supports my family and I so my real estate holdings and business are geared toward long term wealth building and not immediate needs. Any advice or help in connecting with lenders would be greatly appreciated. I am not interested in traditional bank financing since it does not line up with how I plan to expand or how I've met with my limited success so far. Quadplex is assessed at $275,000 and I collect $3,200 a month in rent.
