Whats happening BP!

Hey All,

- Ryan Hall, new investor hailing from Spokane Washington.

I just wanted to introduce myself to the BP community!  

A quick background on me.  I'm from CA, having lived all over Northern CA, most recently San Francisco for the past 5 years.  I decided that renting in SF is not the best strategy for growing personal wealth.  Maybe it's just me but paying 2k a month for 500 sq ft just rubbed me the wrong way.  I decided that I would rather put that money towards a mortgage, or even better... a cash flowing investment property!  After researching opportunity in the Bay Area I decided I wasn't ready financially to tap into that market.  Good news is that my day job allows me to move around pretty easy so I am now in Spokane WA checking out RE opportunity here.  Currently looking for a small multi-family or house hack situation. 

Extremely excited to be here.  I'm looking forward to learning from all of you and contributing anyway I can to this great community.  

Certainly if there are any BP members located in the Spokane area I would love to meet up!
