Hello BP!

I have been utilizing this forum as well as listening to podcasts for the past few months now and I am excited about the community BP has. I figured I should post to say hello and meet more folks who are interested in networking. I am here to connect with people who are still trying to figure it out so we can learn together as well as more seasoned veterans who would like to pass on some knowledge. I'm most interested in doing fix+flips right now to build up cash for rental properties, but open to different creative strategies.
