Hi, I've been listening to the podcast for maybe a year now -- I created my BP account a while back but never really posted anything or introduced myself, so here I am!

I do not have any investments at the moment, but I'm eventually looking to get into multi family properties, probably closeby to me as I want to gain the experience without the long distance. I've been learning a lot from the podcasts, and hoping to spend some more time learning even more from this site and from the forums!
