Differences between Single Family and Multi-Family Investing

Hey BP,

I've currently done 2 deals on single family homes in the central Florida area and I was looking to add a few multi-family homes to my real estate rental portfolio. Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the biggest differences that I should be aware of going from SFH investing to small MFH. I have and will continue to do my own independent research, but any advice from personal experience would be very much appreciated! If anyone knows any specific areas that have a healthy small multi-family inventory, whether locally in Florida or out of state, that would also be appreciated!

Cheers
