Getting Started In Fort Worth, Texas

Howdy all,

I am excited to introduce myself. My wife and I are just getting into real estate. We are planning to buy our first house sometime in the next year or two.

Ideally we want to do a house hack with a duplex or triplex. We have been watching the market in Fort Worth proper for a while and have gotten a feel for it and are ready to make our first purchase once we find one that looks good.
