New member in Southern Oregon

Hi everyone, my name is Crysta, I’m new to BP. I have resided in Southern Oregon for several years and I am very interested in flipping homes. My husband and I have a business maintaining foreclosed homes and complete work for banks, real estate, agents and residential home owners currently. We have worked on foreclosed homes for many years and have seen some homes in pretty shape! It’s amazing what hard work and renovations can do to a home. We are hoping to start flipping homes in the Klamath Falls area as the prices are much cheaper there compared to Medford and it might be a good starting point for us. I am quite familiar with the construction/ clean up side of things but new to the rest. Any ideas, knowledge, insight would be greatly appreciated.
