Hello All

My name is Steven and I'm located in Toronto, Ontario.

I'm a freelance software engineer with 20 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise level applications in a variety of industries which has included, development of a loan origination platform that has funded almost a half billion dollars worth of loans. More recently I have developed web applications that have included loan grading systems and property management systems.

My interest is in partnering with successful real estate professionals to develop new and innovative web based applications for real estate. Unfortunately I have limited real estate experience. Which is why I'm here, to learn from experts and get some feedback on a couple ideas of my own for a couple of web apps that I hope to share with the members here. I'm also interested in hearing about any ideas for web apps that you might have. If you think you have the next greatest web idea, I'd love to hear about it too, because I can make it happen.

With my proven track record for software development, and your experience in real estate, together I hope we can create some successful new web based real estate applications.
