Hi everyone, I'm Steven! I'm originally from Houston, I moved to Lubbock roughly 7 years ago to transfer to Texas Tech. I planned on finishing at Tech and getting out of here, but it sucked me in! I can definitely say I love this town, and hope to build my foreseeable future here.

I currently own 2 properties. I originally purchased my first property roughly 7 years ago as my primary residence, which is now a rental with good positive cash flow. I purchased my second home roughly 2 years ago, which is now my primary residence.

My short term goal is to purchase at least 1 property this year (hopefully 2!) to hold as rental(s). Long term, I hope to reach a point that I can quit my full time job and focus on real estate investing. I would like to do that with rentals for now, and once I am able to focus on it full time, fix and flips and building from there.

I'm hoping to be pointed in the right direction for local dependable contractors/handymen, recommended financing options and agents, if anyone has any advice!

I'm a very sociable person, so I am looking forward to making new connections, meeting friends with similar interests, and both receiving and sharing useful advice that will help move my aspirations forward!

Thanks for having me!

-Steven
