Hello All,

I have been listening to the BP podcast for some time and finally joined the online community. I have 1 rental property that has significant equity and I am looking to multiply my investment. I know there are some very experienced investors here and think it is great that there is a community where people can help each other. I am really looking forward to the discussion.
