Hey BP, I have been interested in investing in real estate for a few years now, but have never taken the plunge. Living in Indiana (it’s almost April and it’s still snowing?!!), I really like the idea of ST vacation rental in either Orlando or Destin, FL! Would appreciate any guidance and advice to get started on this new adventure! Cheers!
