My name is Ross Chinitz and I am in Westport, CT. Currently, I am in-house counsel for an advertising agency. Before moving in-house, I had a small practice that handled real estate matters for clients. One of my largest clients was a developer that specialized in converting old factories/warehouses into condos. I loved working on his projects and would now like to build a real estate portfolio of my own. I am interested in both development and building a portfolio of apartments. BP is great site and I am glad that I found it.
