Just want to say hello

Hi my names Jonathan, im new to this and very excited to learn I’m ready to change my life with real estate. I have studied and read many books while in prison I’m new to this and really want info on how to start I just got a car loan and aggressively paying it off I have a small CD with one bank I have a secured credit card with another I have been looking a multi and don’t know how to just take that step I am letting my past keep me from moving forward can someone help

I would recommend you start looking for deals first.  Research and become familiar with your market so you know what areas you want to buy and which ones you want to avoid.  Once you do that you'll be able to start evaluating deals and generating offers.  If you are able to get a solid deal under contract you will be able to find the money to fund it.
