Hello BP,

My name is Patrick, I’m 29 and a newbie located in Tampa FL. I am interested in learning many aspects of REI. My primary focus right now is to learn about rehabbing/flipping. I am also looking for a mentor/partner.

I have been reading many books and been reading everything I can on BP. There is so much wealth of information on this site and so many people that contribute with tons of information that everyone can learn from.

I am very excited to join this wonderful network and hope that in the future I can contribute back to BP.
