Hello all!  I'm currently selling a primary residence that has appreciated nicely and am looking forward to investment properties as a way to provide some schedule freedom and flexibility for my family.  I'm reading, learning and staying busy with all that is new.  I'm interested in an owner occupied if possible but given scarcity in the area I'd like to live with my boys, I'm going to need to be flexible with where I get my feet wet.  Single family rentals, fix and flip and buy and hold university apartments all have appeal and tax liens are pretty interesting as well.  I'd love to hear from locals with experience in the area as well as general education in real estate investing.  I'll be around!
