New to Bigger Pockets

Hello. I'm new to BP and have purchased/built/owned/sold property for almost 30 years. Only recently flipping. Looks like a lot of great info here. So I'll be reading and researching a lot. After reading the article on leaving your job to get into the real estate market it has inspired me to consider leaving. I'm running numbers on various properties to both hold and flip. My last flip was a 100% gain. So I would like to continue on the flip path as well as look into buying and holding multi units (preferably 4 to 8 to start with). I look forward to making new connections here.
