New Member Introduction!
What’s up, everyone!
First of all, I must admit that I’ve been lurking for too long. I’ve finally mustered the courage to introduce myself!
My name is Kevin Galang, and I’m currently living in the SF Bay Area, but moving to Tampa, FL in the next couple months. I’m hoping to purchase an investment property within the next year as a 30th birthday present to myself.
My question to you all is, what types of methods do you use to learn about a market remotely?
Currently, I’ve made a spreadsheet of the Tampa, FL Zip codes and tried to narrow down areas that I can afford.
I’d love to hear your thoughts, and I’m looking forward to learning more from everyone!
