Hi BP,

I've enjoyed reading and listening to the podcasts this site provides!  Thought it was time to post and get connected.  I live in Loveland, CO, but own a duplex in south Wichita.  My focus is growing my portfolio, mainly in Wichita, but am open to other opportunities.   Saying hi and looking forward to learning from a great community.

Welcome to BP Blake! I've got a duplex in south Wichita as well. It's a reasonably popular and stable investment area overall.
