New Investors From Suwanee

Hi all! My wife an I are new investors and live in Suwanee, GA. We were made aware of BP by way of a video we watched on GAREIA website and think it is an outstanding community. I (Les) have joined and will be attending my first local meetup with GAREIA for their monthly meeting. Both my wife and I are still working full time, so our plan is to start with Wholesaling to build up capital and then venture into buying and renting/flipping in our spare time. Let me know if I'm off base with this strategy, please. :-) Well, thanks for the awesome community (and podcasts I must add...). Looking forward to learning and sharing my success with you all. I would certainly love to meet up with some of you in my area and work with you as well.
