First off I have to say is wow! Why didn’t I find BiggerPockets sooner? Everyone on here is very friendly from what I’ve been reading so far lol. Since I’ve got a full time job, I’ll be starting my RI’ing part time on the weekends. If anyone if Phx wants a cup of coffee, I’d gladly buy just to sit down & learn the basics.
