Hello Everyone,

My name is Nate. Originally from The Bahamas, but currently located in Lake Worth, FL. I am very new to investing in Real Estate, though I currently have one (1) deal under my belt, which is a huge learning curve. I was an educator for 6 years in the Palm Beach County School District, but now mainly focus on Real Estate Investing. My goals in Real Estate are mainly to focus on Buy & Hold properties for the cash flow, however I would enjoy a few flips along the way. I am very interested in Multi-Family properties and would love to get to know investors in my area. I have been listening to the BP podcasts for some time now and figured I would introduce myself to the forums.
