Newbie from Houston, TX (Spring area)

Hi everyone! My first and only  “investment” is the home I live in. I have a little experience with house hacking, but besides that I am pretty new. I am looking to invest in more properties, so I’ve been doing a lot of research and listening to the two BP podcasts.

I’m so glad I found this community because it’s gotten me pretty excited about investing. Any and all tips are welcome!
