New RE Agent in Philly. Help with Business Plan

Hey Large Pockets,
I have recently graduated from Penn State. Information, Sciences, and Technology.
I have had my Salesperson License for a few months now.
I am currently writing business plans for 2 separate groups of websites I have planned. One involving Real Estate. One not.
I, obviously, feel the ideas a great and have a market waiting to be tapped.
I am looking for someone with experience with starting a company or launching a website to give me some tips on creating a business plan and securing funding. I'd appreciate any help or advice and could use a mentor or a partner getting this going.

Thanks for reading! and I look forward to learning in this forum
