I'm a Toronto, Ontario based real estate investor looking for opportunities to expand my network and portfolio of rental properties. I currently own a 6-bedroom student rental property in the St. Catharines area and I'm interested in finding more student rentals and single family homes across select markets in the GTA, Southwestern Ontario, and beyond.

More specifically, it would be great if anyone could share their experience owning rental properties in Windsor, Ontario, and would appreciate if you could pass along any quality references for real estate agents, property management companies, and general contractors in that area.
