Hello! And, goodbye....

I've come to the realization that I will always be one of the majority that goes no where with real estate.

Nothing against Bigger Pockets, BP is the best site I've found for info and guidance.

I just don't know how people do it while punching a clock 60+ hours a week. "If you really want it, you'll make time". I guess I don't really want it then. I'd get so frustrated trying sort thru the info here in what little time I have, I'd give up.

And now, with trying to repair my residence after Hurricane Harvey, I'm totally soured on dealing with contractors. I thought I had one I could trust(worked with long before the hurricane) but that was not the case. The contractor we (my Wife and I) hired to replace him after speaking/reviewing dozens.....we now have to try and sue. BTW, Angie's List is a joke.

If you have the time and patience to sort out all that BP has to offer and can make it work for you great!, more power to you and I wish you nothing but the best.
