Looking for meet ups, monthly meeting etc in the Seattle area, I’m North of Seattle in Snohomish County but can travel to King County. Currently in the learning phase about 25 BP podcast in, almost through ultimate beginners guilds countless forum post, Finding my medium market and exactly what market I want to focus on. Currently have a mortgage on a single family home that I live in with a family of 5! That I’m thinking about pulling equity to put down on a project, maybe moving out of it and renting out. I want to focus on buy and hold with flips in the mix. I currently work full time to pay that massive mortgage, but want to get into real estate ASAP, if thats working with an investor or getting my own deals but I’m all in on this one way or another. I’m just not going to work 9-5 everyday until I’m 75 years old. I know this was all over the place but I’m passionate about passive income, and looking to get out and learn learn learn.
