Not sure how mandatory this introductory posts are, but either way I wanted to introduce myself to the biggerpockets community. I am currently more entrenched in ConnectedInvestors, but heard from a few folks that this is a much better site, so I hope the reputation is correct!

I am heavily involved in the SFH fix & flip and buy & hold community in Pinellas and Hillsborough counties in Florida. Moved here from North NJ last year for love, weather, location, happiness, and opportunity. Very excited to see where my life continues to go from here.

Hoping I can gain some advice on etiquette for the site! Looking forward to learning from everyone :)
