New to BP and Real Estate

Hello BP

First I would like to thank everyone in the community for being honest and open to giving lots of advice. It is really appreciated, especially for people like myself with no knowledge at all. 

I am very new to real estate. I have recently received my Oregon real estate agent license and I plan on joining the local Keller Williams Brokerage. My main goals are to network and learn as much as possible and to create great relationships with other professions in the industry. I'm always open to any feedback, advice, or just a hello from anyone. I have also joined the local REIA and am looking forward to attending meetings. I hopefully will be able to start investing in properties within the next 3-6 months, interested in rentals and fix n flips.
