Eddy- I have posts or threads on here somewhere about this subject. i bought a 550 unit building less than a year ago in SWFL. It was a great time. I've had others presented to me since. I've not bought. Here are a couple quick items to consider, and you can research other threads on same subject.
1. location, location, location
2. Storgage is NOT like buying real estate. You are buying a BUSINESS. It requires much more involvement, paperwork, red tape, etc, etc, etc. PM with specific questions if you're a colleague. Good luck Rich
p.s. market has started turning in my area for the best.
