Hello BP members. This is such an amazing place to learn and network! 

I have had a BP account for a short while, and spent some time reading through forums and meeting a few other local investors. I came across BiggerPockets by watching several You Tube videos about real estate investing, and realized quickly that with a few exceptions I prefer videos provided by BP(thanks Josh, Brandon, Dave, Scott, and Mindy!). I have learned a great deal by reading and listening to experiences, points of view, and advice from other investor members. To all of you reading this, THANK YOU! 

My name is Jeshua Hone. I am an Electrician of 13 years, looking to make my way out of the construction industry, and get in to real estate investing full time. I am interested in a variety of investments such as self storage, mobile home parks, solar farms, multi family rentals. Currently, I am looking at investing in single family and small multi family for cash flow using the BRRRR, and other methods to preserve capital. I am very interested in expanding my knowledge on solar farm investing. If anyone else has interest or experience in this, let me know as I would be happy to share anything I learn along the way, and would love to hear what you know. On that note, If anyone has general question for an electrician, I would be happy to try and help out.
