Hi all, new to bigger pockets and wanted to introduce myself. I’ve been “House hacking” for a few years now before I knew there was a term for it. Looking for my first SFR or small multi unit building this year. Learning more every day and looking forward to continuing my research on this site.

Arlington is great [in my experience], zero vacancy, A++ tenants, increase the rent each time a tenant turns over.  Now if only they would build a new metro line down Columbia pike...
